Commissioning Your Avatar
To get started, please send me a Telegram/ Discord message with a detailed description and reference images of your desired character. I prefer to get a full reference image of at least the front and back side of the character. If you do NOT have a reference yet, we can set up a quote for a custom design.
Pricing and Process
My pricing starts at €35 EUROS and can vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of changes required, and any additional accessories or third-party licenses. I'll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What I Offer
- • Custom Retextures
- • Included Maps: Metallic, Emission, and Normal maps are included by default.
- • Additional Maps: Specify if needed. Examples: AudioLink, Matcaps, etc.
- • Post-Commission Support: I offer a 3-month free of charge editing period. I will make changes to the model if needed. Please look at the refunds section for more information.
What's Not Included
- • Major Blender Interventions: I don't typically make significant changes to the mesh, bones, or add clothing to existing avatars. However, this can be discussed.
- • Asset Sourcing: Please provide your own assets for the retexture.
Content Restrictions
- I reserve the right to decline commissions that involve:
- • Hate Groups: Nazi, KKK, Alt-right, Qanon, etc.
- • Anti-LGBTQ+ Material
- • Religious Themes
- • Illegal Content
Payment and Refunds
- • Upfront Payment: I require upfront payment via PayPal or Tikkie (for Dutch residents).
- • Financial refunds: No refunds are issued after purchase. However, I'm committed to addressing any issues or concerns you may have. A refund can only be issued from my end in case I am not able to complete your commission.
- • Avatar work refunds: During the creation phase, I will fully change the texture without charge if you are not happy with my progress. However, when we have a written agreement on your happiness with the texture, this service will drop, and I will NOT be making any major changes to the avatar texture anymore!

Problems and/or Disputes
If you have any problems with your commission, please contact me directly and we will work together to find a solution. Please note: Avoid Public Displays: Any public display of dissatisfaction, such as leaving negative reviews or comments without first attempting to resolve the issue with me, will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of our business relationship.
Communication and Updates
I value open communication and will provide regular updates on your project's progress. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. My average time on completing a commission is 2 days. Please understand that I am a student, and I have a job. I cannot guarantee I will be done this quick. However, when I am entering a busy week, I will address this myself.After Your Commission
Upon completion, you'll receive the following:

- • Support and text based instructions. If you still have issues, I can offer additional help through discord.
Additional Terms
- • You must own the character you're commsisioning.
- • You must be 18+ to commission.
- • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
